Arid wilderness travel carries inherent physical risks including extreme dehydration, flash floods, heat hyperthermia, and encounters with venomous reptiles. Users are solely responsible for verifying weather forecasts, possessing appropriate navigation gear, and complying with all local state and federal park regulations.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All textual lessons, vector graphics, diagrams, and site architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of Desert Cinema Fieldworks LLC, protected under United States and international copyright laws. You may download single copies of syllabus checklists for personal, non-commercial field use. Redistribution or commercial resale without express written authorization is prohibited.
3. Wildlife Disturbance Compliance
Users of this website agree to adhere to all wildlife protection statutes, including the US Endangered Species Act, Migratory Bird Treaty Act, and Airborne Hunting Act. reelcactusmosaic.courses explicitly condemns any harassment, feeding, or disruption of desert fauna for visual media creation.
